I am now based in Austria, if you are ordering from the UK (or anywhere outside the European Union), you will most likely be charged import and VAT. These additional costs are solely your respnsiblity.

Items purchased from the online shop will be dispatched within one week in most cases, most likely sooner depending on workload.

Product photos are made to display the pots at their best, while remaining as true to life as possible, depending on your device, colours and appearance may vary.

All pots are dishwasher safe, unless stated otherwise, however I do recommend hand washing, at the end of the day they are made of ceramic which is inherently breakable, careful handling is the best preservative!

All glazes are tested for food safety as required by Austrian law. Please get in touch if you wish to see the certificates.

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN

Bei Schnupper-, 8-Wochen- und Wochenendkursen:

•       Stornierungen bis zum 30. Kalendertag vor Kursbeginn: 90% des Kursbetrags werden zurückerstattet (10% Stornogebühr)

•       Stornierungen weniger als 30 Tage vor Kursbeginn: der Kursbetrag wird nicht zurückerstattet, außer der Kursplatz kann gefüllt werden. In diesem Fall werden 90% des Kursbetrags (abzüglich der Stornogebühr von 10% zurückerstattet)

Bei mehrtägigen Workshops:

•       Stornierungen bis zum 45. Kalendertag vor Kursbeginn: 90% des Kursbetrags werden zurückerstattet (10% Stornogebühr)

•       Stornierungen weniger als 45 Tage vor Kursbeginn: der Kursbetrag wird nicht zurückerstattet, außer der Kursplatz kann gefüllt werden. In diesem Fall werden 90% des Kursbetrags (abzüglich der Stornogebühr von 10% zurückerstattet)

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es bis zu zehn Tage dauern kann, bis der zurückerstattete Betrag auf Ihrem Zahlungsmittel aufscheint.

KURSE - TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN

In der Kursbeschreibung werden Angaben zu Vorkenntnissen (wenn notwendig) und Altersvoraussetzungen gemacht. Wir bitten Sie, diese auch zu beachten.

Sollten Sie im Kurs entstandene Werkstücke bei uns brennen lassen, fällt nach dem Brand eine Gebühr an. Diese stellen wir Ihnen in Rechnung, sobald der Glasurbrand fertig gestellt ist. Sie sind für die Abholung Ihrer Stücke selbst verantwortlich. Sollten Sie diese auch ein halbes Jahr nach Fertigstellung noch nicht abgeholt haben, müssen wir sie leider entsorgen, da wir keinen Platz für die Einlagerung Ihrer Werkstücke haben.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES

For taster sessions, weekend courses and morning/evening classes.

•       Cancellation up to 30 days before the course: your course fee minus a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded

•       Cancellation less than 30 days before the course: the course fee is not refundable, unless your place can be filled. In this case, you will receive the full fee back minus a 10% cancellation fee.

For specialised multiple day workshops:

•       Cancellation up to 45 days before the course: your course fee minus a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded

•       Cancellation less than 45 days before the course: the course fee is not refundable, unless your place can be filled. In this case, you will receive the full fee back minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Please note that the refund may take up to 10 days to appear back on your payment method.

COURSE PARTICIPATION

Please observe the age and prior experience requirements specified in the description for your course.

If you decide to have some of your work fired (where applicable) at our workshop, we will charge you a firing fee upon completion. You are responsible for picking up your pots. If you have failed to do so within six months after notification, we will unfortunately have to recycle your pots, as we do not have space to store it.
